New Client Interactive Platform – Manager App 3

After working hard for the past one month, we are now finally proud to announce our new platform is ready for our clients . Thank you for those who had lend an helping hand over this . Let’s run through a quick recap on what we can expect from this platform . Clients may reach this platform via []

1. Dashboard : Once you have submitted an support ticket via our website, administrators will be notified almost instantly . This help to solve problems from previous cases where clients did not get feedback due to their support email sent to us got stuck in their outbox . Now, once the support email is sent , clients will be notified with a support ID#. You can find this either on the bottom page of or your [Dashboard] after you log in.

2. My Invoices : Client can now log in to check their outstanding payment with under [My Invoices].

3. My Quotations : We are going green !! No more printing out quotations, sign and faxing it back to us . Just log in to check your quotations which are pending for signature . Go to [My Quotations] . If you have not sign it , just click on the [Sign] button .

4. My Services: Keeping track of the list of services subscribed with us and get notification to renew when it’s almost expired.

Note : new clients will be registered to the system automatically if they have a new invoice / quotation opened with us , you are advised to change the password upon your first log in at [My Account] .

With all these for now , we are confident to provide you with more accurate data and information and at the same time bringing you more confidence to our firm.
