New TAC Delivery Experience via USSD

Maybank2u introduces a new TAC Delivery Experience via USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data). With USSD, your TAC message will be delivered to your mobile phone as usual however the message will now be displayed on your mobile screen immediately without the need to access any phone menu!

USSD, a new faster form of TAC delivery that will replace our SMS TAC delivery. An instant TAC delivery method system with messages sent would immediately “flash” or display on the mobile phone even when you are using your mobile phone.

Important note:
Please note that you could not save your USSD TAC message as compared to SMS TAC message as it will only be flashed/displayed until you click on the ‘Cancel’ or ‘Exit’ button on your mobile phone. TAC will still be delivered via SMS if USSD service disruption occurs.
