I am pretty sure, many people have been searching over the Internet, how do you export all your contacts in vCard format. Why is vCard format needed you might ask ? Well, unlike Outlook Express which has the option to export contacts in .vcf (vCard format), Outlook 2007 doesn’t offer that, the only features that supports the vCard is to import from a vcf contact files. And if you manage to get one on the net, those are either freeware with limitations of converting limited number of contacts at a time, or those that offer you a 30-day trial period.
Limited features in Outlook 2007

You can import vcf .. But what about exporting into vcf ?
This is frustrating. Well, to get an idea, a vCard can contain multiple contact information in one file or a single contact information in one file. That depends how you export it. The following steps are illustrated (print screen) to show how to export your vCard contact and use it for either backup or to be used in the famous Google Android OS to import contacts from a vcf. Synching with a Google account is more recommended compared to the method of importing a vCard, but to start of with something in your Google account, I am sure inside your email client, you store it in a much organized manner. So, take a look.
Step 1 : Go to Contacts at your Office Outlook Navigation Pane (usually located on the left)

Contact Tab Office Outlook 2007
Step 2 : Select All of your contacts (Ctrl + A) then right click on any of them, choose Send as Business Card
Depending on the number of contacts in your outlook, the title bar might appear the text sayin “Not Reponding”. Ignore this and wait patiently, Outlook is generating a vCard for each contact you have selected (in this case, all the contacts)
Outlook Not Responding
Step 3 : Send the vcards generated as attachment to your own

Send an email with vCard attachment
Step 4 : Once successfully sent, you will see the email message in your Sent Items folder.
Click on the folder, and open it like a normal email message you received, note that the attachment area is filled with all the vcf. Copy all of those vCard, create a folder and paste into it.
And there you have all your vCards exported without any paid tools.

P/S Limitation : Cannot export multiple contacts in a signle vcf
