We walked around after lunch before headed for movie. Toy Story 3 was really funny and i really enjoyed it. I love the ending. Andy has grown up and yet Woody loves him as much as he does too.. We went back after movie and i sent Hy back before going for dinner with family.. Finally, i arranged all my buttons in the GUI (java assignment) today night.. I think i am heading for my bed now. had terrible flu and tried for the first time not to take pills xD

She then went to college as usual and i went to settle some personal errands then look for Dharshini and nicole for lunch at Hartamas. I went to pick dhari up at Shah Alam – Bukit Subang (with the aid of my GPS) and lunch at Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa. I took nasi lemak with ayam rendang (chicken breast meat).

After that, sent nicole back to work at True Fitness and sent dhari home. It was just a lunch gathering since I have not been seeing nicole quite long, not even our birthdays. So we made it up and thanks dhari pig, for the lunch.

I went to Aman Suria before going to the Curve. And since i arrived first, i went to BORDERS and got myself a Java Chip Ice Blended without Sugar. The barrister looked at me weirdly and asked if i was on diet. LOL

Met up huiyi at borders around 530 and we chit chatted at the Starbucks… Quite fun talking for the one hour and finally met up with eric at Bubba Gumps. We really had fun. In fact after bubba gumps, we went to Paddington for a dessert. That was on me .. Thanks guys for everything..

It all started when I was trying to purchase my popcorn and drinks and the beverage counter. I wanted a Combo Set 2 which comprises of a regular carbonated drink and a popcorn. On top of that HuiYi wanted to add on a Orange Juice. The staff (i would not name her publicly here), namely Miss X, said that why not considering adding on from my combo set which i felt it wasnt a bad idea after all.

When i was about to pay for everything, i saw marinda orange instead of Orange Juice. Obviously, i tried to ask her to change which she did after pulling a long face at me which i felt is very rude. Come on, this is not my fault, i have asked her whether i am allowed to add juices in my set and she said YES and now that she made a mistake she showed me that face.

She asked me to hold on aside which i did after waiting for her manager (i presume is either the manager or the supervisor) to void the previous sales. Now, the queue is getting longer and i can see people being impatient, who wouldn’t right ?

So after a minute, her manager just went back into the room and without telling me a thing or in fact just apologize. I stood there thinking that i might need to pay more for the juice or maybe i get my change, i really have no idea on the price of the Orange Juice. So i just said this “Kalau tak boleh nak add on drinks, i tak kisah, i boleh bayar untuk seperate. Dan sekarang semua tak beres, kau bagi saya tunggu kat sini, buat kecoh saja lah untuk belakang” which i am very angered because was almost late for movie. When i was about to leave and turn back, someone from the back yelled “Kau saja yang buat kecoh” Hello!! Do you think that placing a wrong order or rather trying to be smart is my fault ? I do think that GSC Management should really review this matter of their Beverage counter workers’ ethics.

Next, was entering the cinema to watch “Clash of the Titans” (review on the previous post – I love the movie a lot.. i won’t mind watching again in 3D). 2 out of 3 seats I paid for was damaged, so i requested to change my seating or rather a refund if the seats are not up to my comfort. I confronted the staff at the entrance and he started requesting assistance over the walkie talkie and it took like ages. This i would say although the seats were bad, i was still not so annoyed because the other staff (not the one on walkie taklie) namely Idham, although he was new there, he tried to consult the relevant department and quickly arranged my new seat. This, i really appreciate his prompt actions in rectifying an issue.

Finishing the movie, and we went to Gardens to have a cup of tea and chit chat. Guess what, there was a big mice on top of our seat (netted roof) walking around and making some annoying sound. The “best” part was, the manager came after I said in a high volume “why the hell there is a mice here” and he didn’t even bother doing a thing. Anyway, it wasnt that bad coz the mice didn’t fall on us. To be frank, i am afraid of mouse.

So yeah, just ranting over here the 2 bad experiences i had in 1 Utama today. Still it didn’t really entirely spoil my mood because there are still great people doing things. Adding on one more maybe i shall call my day. It was many emails on my clients she sent when i was off from the work, that david was doing the updates. She felt very annoyed with how david handle her case. I am really speechless over this.

Morning was in KL then went to 1U for lunch and movie with eric and huiyi. Was just in 1U with eric yesterday and here we are AGAIN today. LOL GSC entrance from the escalator was terrifying.

With blockbuster season now bearing down upon us, a $70million remake of the campy fantasy romp is first out of the traps.

Boasting lashings of special effects, plenty of sword-and-sandals skirmishing plus the star of Avatar, if there’s a formula for box-office success, Clash Of The Titans could have been created in a laboratory.

After a brief celestial intro in which we learn how the gods Zeus, Poseidon and Hades now rule the heavens, the seas and the underworld, we meet fisherman Spyros (Pete Postlethwaite) rescuing the infant Perseus from the oceans.

It turns out the child is not just the illegitimate son of Zeus but a demi-god prophesised to save the world.

Fast forward 12 years and the citizens of Argos are in the process of rebelling against the gods, tossing their statues into the sea and proclaiming their independence.

As their king declares, “A new era has begun. The era of man!”

Not surprisingly, Zeus (Liam Neeson) is none too pleased and strikes a deal with Hades (Ralph Fiennes) to terrorise them into accepting their rule once again and, for good measure, sacrificing their princess.

With just 10 days before Hades is to unleash the hideous Kraken sea monster on to the city, Perseus heads out into the countryside to stop the god of the underworld in his tracks.

There to help him is a band of soldiers, an ethereal spirit guide called Io (Gemma Arterton) plus Pegasus, a winged horse.

What director Louis Leterrier (The Incredible Hulk, Transporter 2) serves up is a simple quest movie enlivened by some respectable if rarely spectacular special effects.

Here is a land of crumbling ruins roamed by giant scorpions and pock-marked by bubbling lava pits in which Perseus and his band are hunted by the deformed Acrisius (Jason Flemyng).

Aside from the Kraken rising from the depths, the most memorable moment comes when Perseus and his battle-hardened crew face Medusa, the half-woman, half-snake who can turn people to stone with a mere glance.

Less impressive are the scenes in which Zeus and Hades scheme to wreak vengeance on mankind from their celestial throneroom.

The former wears a shiny metal jacket that might have come from Michael Jackson’s wardrobe while the latter, with stringy hair and red, starring eyes, looks like someone you’d see drinking Tenent’s Super on a park bench.

There’s a touch of the Pythons about both of them. As for Poseidon, unless I missed something, he doesn’t appear at all.

Still Arterton is, as always, easy on the eye and Australia’s Worthington (Avatar) is reliable if a touch forgettable aside from an accent that’s one part Argos, three parts Adelaide.

Hoping to cash in on the box-office bonanza created by Avatar, the film is also being released in 3D and i really don’t mind to watch it second time in 3D.

As a pre-summer blockbuster, Titans ticks most of the right boxes, offering a reasonably enjoyable ride.

Whether it’s good enough to kick start the trilogy Leterrier is said to be planning, that remains in the hands of the gods.

Never mind, so i drove them to the market, bro and my mom got down to get some fruits and char gor. Then we headed to Nilai Memorial Park. This year, is even more packed. And i even over shot the junction i should turn in when we were inside the park. Since dad went down first to my great grandpa’s graveyard, the car left me, bro and my mom. We made a big u turn and my grand uncle followed my lead.

We started prayer after we arrived and was done within an hour plus. I didn’t eat much because i saw those food was filled with ashes. i took oranges only. After the Nilai, we went to Bdr tun Razak – this is my grandma (dad’s mom). I saw scouts with short patns directing the traffic which i see it useless because they encourage triple park. so yeah, another one hour spent here.

I went home after that first and met up with eric for lunch. randomly, we went to 1Utama Carl’s Jr and had burgers. It was nice.. I love the fries. Went out for dinner at night and yeah. a tiring day for me though

Before i forget, happy easter day. ^ ^

Ordered myself a Western Platter and a Orange Yogurt Smoothies while Eric had Curry Chicken Rice with Iced Chocolate for breakfast. We chit chatted a while and he sent me home around 12.30pm. Here’s the rest of my day, spending time on assignment. And yeah, thanks for the company @jfook on twitter xD. The operating system assignment, I can say, the assignment is 95% complete until nowd, after David sends me his part, I checked, compiled it, we can submit on Tuesday i guess. Keep the fingers crossed.

Work and work and work and work until evening. Went out jog. Came back. i took a long nap till 8+ and i took dinner. Mom cooked Pork Ribs and a vege (I don’t like vege). Anyway, continued my assignments until 10 + and I think it’s time to blog and call it a day. Indeed a tiring day for me just by sitting at home.

Now i am mad.!! They are just putting words into my mouth. Let’s cut in short. After class, before going to Gardens for eric’s celebration. I went to TM Bangsar and insisted to see the manager. They were reluctant to allow me to do so. Out of my anger, i called up the HQ again and demanded a immediate meet up with the manager. Look i am not mad because it was not done yet but because they just put words into my mouth.

Quickly, Mr Haizi , the manager solved my problem by re-assigning another technician for me and guess what!! The line is now installed and working. Next step!! Streamyx 4mbps installation.

Anyway, i would still want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY ERIC LEE.. hehe ^ ^ hope you like the afternoon’s Alexis and DELIcious.. Though Alexis was not what we expected but still i bet we had fun. With all the camewhoring going on and on and on and on ….. Night!! for drinks only.. haha that’s my Wednesday!!

Then took him out to his friend’s house, they going for movie. Then met up with eric lee for lunch in Old town Aman Puri. Agnes said she was there few hours ago. Ahya! Missed the chance to meet up with her.

Blogging from Starbucks.. LOL.. oh yeah.. saw andy and munyan just now.. they just LOVE coming up to Genting.. It’s like few times a month.. OMG.. Today genting was really foggy so have to drive very safe , extra safe i would safe but it had been a while since the last time i remember Genting was so cold and foggy.. Alright then, reached my house at 1235pm and there we went to Low Yat. The thing is, on the way, we stopped by at Jinjang Shell Station as eric needs to pump petrol, he somehow can just look away when pumping and not realizing in stops at RM 3.85. Had i not yell over the window, sure he would be waiting like forever.

Reached Low Yat and taken the brand new Samsung LCD (Version 2233 – try not to get Samsung, it’s bad service, slow and poor quality) of his, put back into the car boot and we headed to U Village (又一村). The roasted pork was superb. Eric used the word “superb” and he claimed that when he say superb its really nice, trust him. So i ordered as a side dish besides my cheese bake pork chop spaghetti. To my surprise, it was huge portion. Eric ordered Wan Tan Mee so he took some of mine too. He was bloated after all but i enjoyed it. The spaghetti wasn’t that nice though.

Then went over to Ampang. – Red Cottage Restaurant .. just opposite Ampang Point and next to Korean Town. We tried sisha out and some drink and cakes.. xD It was something new.. coolness.. it was flavour of mixed orange, mint, recommended by the owner. (don’t take it too much, it MAY cause drowsiness)

Anyway let’s talk bout my dinner celebration. I really got touched and appreciated kahkoon and huiyi. they skip their family function which obviously was Mother’s Day and came for mine.. really thanks a lot man.. eric and chenyi too came along.. all my bestestttt frensss xD..

food was rather nice there and i was treated . not untill 200 yet, less than eric and huiyi’s expectation. We went to itallianies laundry bar and had some drink. I had a liquor some 15 years written on the menu and kahkoon and I said obviously it wasn’t 15 years old and i ordered one more heineken. xD me and eric toasted..

we left after that… xD
