Brain drain and need some air Tweet

Zh picked me up from home at 10 and headed to DPC.. cant find any plugs there and there was a lady in red took my usual seat there. So we decided to go to the nearest starbucks and it was in Jusco Kepong… Spent our whole day there with 2 venti fraps.. Didn’t do much today .. Progressed a little for the POS..
reached home almost 7 and hoong drove home after dropping me off. thanks a lot man!!! Need to distress … I plan to cook out something small.. I ate this dessert on tuesday while in practical restaurant test by Cindy.. I decided to give it a try and it was quite ok the outcome. but some pancakes were rather too thick which doesn’t taste too good while some was just thin and just nice..

- espresso.. you can’t really tell from here though xD

- Prepare the essentials.. floor, sugar, vanilla, egg and measuring mug

- Making pancake flambe at night.. we got egg, flour, sugar, vanilla
-
- orange juice.. filter the fibre

- Mix the flour with some sugar and salt

- Beat the egg (egg york only) with water
-
- Add sugar to the dough.. just a little bit first.. leave the remaining one to melt it

- mix them evenly
-
- use a flat pan and heat up gradually

- fold it when it’s done and leave it to cool

- Melt the sugar

- Melted thoroughly

- Add orange juice and you can see it’s boiling

- Flambe.. that’s when you add alcohol over the mixture with the pancakes in it
