What is Vertigo? So yeah, for today’s post, let’s start by knowing more about it. Coz i’ve gotten it since yesterday and after doctor diagnosed, i have got this symptom called vertigo. Usually it can occur within 30 days of environmental change within a human body. As you know my stamina is not that good, so too bad i got it. I went to Mountain Hiking at Ledang 2 weeks ago, 2 days after it, went to Genting Highlands and the day before yesterday, been in the pool for quite long, so doctor say it’s normal for me but not among young people. LOL He gave me Folic Acid with Vitamin B and pills for nausea and vertigo.
This is one of the clinic i see going on tech.. all patients' data are computerized and patient waiting list is just like in the picture above.. even doctor uses tablet PC during consultation.. KLINIK FAMILI METRO`

Right after doctor, followed mom to Damansara Utama to pick up some documents from office then we went to Cuppacakes [Thank god i still managed to walk over the road]. After that, came home and went to bed. I really need good sleep out of it.

Hey thanks a lot man.. i think i am doing better now =] cupcakes? of course they are nice man.. haha i was lazy to blog too much that time.. today i think will be normal again hahaha
