I called in last Friday and Regina attended to my call. I requested an immediate replacement for my fan which had this annoying clicking sound and yeah she was so efficient. She called back within half an hour but I was in the exams. David complained my phone was vibrating. Anyway, the point is Battery for T61 (6 cells) needed 3 weeks at least to be shipped to Malaysia so I cant help it and felt disappointed couldn’t get everything done within one day.
Regina was the one helped me with immediate fan replacement and also she called her distributor friend from flexcSolution based in Kuchai lama and yeah i got it today. It was so fast. Thanks a lot Regina. Thumbs up.. Thanks IBM for the quick response.
