Arriving there at around 1.30PM for registration as media (i know i am not but that is what is written on the card), had some light refreshment and went into the function hall. No doubt, the food served was nice and especially the fruit punch, i love it. So there goes our lunch.

You see what you get at the LCD display in front just right next to the lens. Marvelous.

Besides that, there is also a new product – ST1000, digital camera with Geo-plotting capture whereby the location when your picture is taken, the latitude and the longitude is recorded. It also has connectivity like WiFi and Bluetooth. Just use any WiFi hotspot and upload it to the web. In fact you can also add caption to the pictures with the Touch-Screen QWERTY Keyboard. Let’s get back to ST550. This 12.2 Megapixel gadget is one of those which is packed with ground breaking technologies embedded within itself. The 3 main selling points of this is:

With social networks in today’s world which is expanding exponentially, Samsung has made sharing media easy, compatible with Picasa, Youtube, facebook and many others online community networks. I am sure sometimes picture with too many people in it, you have to squeeze yourself into for the camera lens to capture it, with ST550, it has wide angel that can capture more than you expected. It also detects gesture. You can use it as a shortcut, for example, drawing an “X” on the selected picture to DELETE it,
slide your finger on the touch screen to left-right to navigate the picture gallery or editing the picture. You can also view the gallery by tilting the camera up-down-left-right.
