Worst Experience at Mid Valley Chosptick Noodle House

The last time my visit to Chopstick Noodle House at Mid Valley was last year during yenfen’s birthday. However, after movie – Transformers 2 today i went there again with my friends and it was the most terrible experience i have ever had.

I just ordered a Mango Tango and Char Siew Pao, firstly the waitress who took our order was rather rude, showing her pissed of face when we were confirming our orders or things sort off.

Ok let’s go to the main point, when i was about to finish my Mango Tango, a staff came out in a rush and stopped me from eating my dessert in a rude manner. Can you believe that? I tried asking him so many times what was the problem, he told me was nothing and everything is fine. To my curiosity and dissatisfaction, i asked the second time and he told me it was just that the mango were over ripen. If so, why is he serving it to me when i tasted it was fine.

I confronted the manager and got another excuse or should i say explanation. I was shocked to learn that there was a ring (suspected) in my dessert. I was like WTF!!! I didn’t give face i straight away scolded them. How can such thing happen? It’s all about hygiene dealing with F&B line. The most sickening is that the first staff was being dishonest to me.

I really hope that the TTBR management wil look into this matter seriously and had i been hospitalized into the hospital these few days due to their unhygienic-ness of food, i would say sorry but to reserve my full rights to sue them against it… i am really disappoint with the service i had.

Mango Tango - looks nice but the story behind it was terrible

Dorris called me and apologized sincerely. Dorris is Tai Thong’s senior operational manager and was shocked when she got my email too. Anyway i was glad that she called Chopstick Noodle House and found out that the ring was in the sink. I just don’t hope there is a second time that’s all.
